MICHELE WILSON – PRINCIPAL AND DIRECTOR 

A Durbanite all her life and one of 6 children, Michele has always enjoyed tradition and a homely environment which has stood her in good stead as she is a resident in Hillcrest area where family history is entrenched in the village.  Her previous careers were in banking and high levels of insurance management specialising in risk profiling and underwriting.  Financial brokering saw Michele achieving top sales representative for 3 consecutive years.  This highly competitive environment prepared Michele for her career in real estate and set good foundations of trust and integrity when dealing and achieving long standing business relationships with people.  A brother who was already a leading property professional encouraged Michele to enter into the arena of real estate and her newfound passion saw her being awarded the coveted title in 2002/3 of the National Top Agent of the year. Her sales success continued and in 2008, when Michele bought her own real estate agency, bringing her son Gregg into the business.  The story since then has had many chapters of success with Gregg by her side always committed to long lasting business relationships and service excellence! 

GREGG WILSON  -  PRINCIPAL AND DIRECTOR

Born and raised in Umhlanga and La Lucia, Gregg studied at Rhodes University completing his BComm (majoring in Industrial Psychology and Economics), then went onto completing his BSc Honours in property studies at the University of Cape Town (UCT).  Gregg was later accoladed with the highest qualification in real estate - Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE).  With an astute mind on creating structure and being the master of a quick solution, Gregg’s strong business mind allows him to steer his company to being acknowledged as a striving force of success in the Upper Highway area for the past two decades.  He is known for the creation of many marketing ideas that are so evidently innovative that the competitive agencies often flatter Gregg by imitating him, making him one of the best leaders of the property industry.  Gregg enjoys being the “go to” person of the business and solving complicated matters with ease, honesty, kindness and fairness being top of mind.  His youthful years and passion for negotiation, competitiveness, and integrity makes Gregg’s days full and successful.   He enjoys building a strong team of successful real estate entrepreneurs whose aim is to always be number one in the area.
