Lynette has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2002 with Seeff Upper Highway area since September 2017, and she has an impressive track record achieving many awards over the years. Since joining Seeff, she has achieved Top 5 position per month from 2017 to 2024 having an excellent knowledge of the Upper Highway and surrounding areas including keeping herself up to date with the current market trends for Farms, Small Holdings, Land, Single Residential, Lifestyle Estates, Complexes as well as Share Blocks.

The areas she covers is from Cato Ridge. Kloof, Shongweni to Crestholme including referring clients to other agents in different parts of KZN. Lynette is an accredited agent in the following Estates, Cotswold Fenns, Le Domaine, Clifton Hills, Cotswold Downs Golf Estate, Emberton Lifestyle Estate, 101 Acutt Estate, Langford Country Estate and Plantations.

She brings a dedicated, honest, enthusiastic, and professional approach to her network of buyers and sellers, as she has extensive repeat business from happy clients that she has dealt with over the years. Lynette has built trust and integrity with her broad spectrum of clients. Lynette has also been involved with the Upper Highway Community creating a sound board for many property owners in helping with solving problems with the water, electricity, roads, and other issues that we face in South Africa.

Lynette has a huge passion for animals, and she has been a continued supporter for the Animal Rescue Rehabilitation centres in Natal either by giving of her time or help with donations and funds as well as equipment when needed for these centres.
